Could I be pregnant again? UPDATE

Question

My period is 2 weeks late and I just had twin boys and I am breastfeeding but I am feeling nauseous, I am constantly going to the restroom and I'm bloated. Is it possible that I could be pregnant again or am I just overreacting?
UPDATE: 
I took a pregnancy test and it came back positive. I plan on scheduling a doctor's appointment soon and I am going to get blood tests done just to make sure I didn't get a false positive.

It's not like we were trying to get pregnant again but if I am pregnant we will be happy that God has blessed us once again. I plan on calling my husband and asking him to get some pregnancy tests after he gets off work.

Depends when did you have your twins? It can take up to 6-12 weeks to fully leave your system I believe (the hormone). So if you have been having unprotected sex and it’s outside that window there is a huge chance you are pregnant

You’re very fertile after giving birth and breastfeeding is not birth control.
If you had unprotected sex there is a chance you’re pregnant.
