1) do you continue to tempt through out your cycle plus fertility days ?

2) spotting is when you wipe its brown/ light pink but light cycle is when you need to use a pad ? Trying to see if I should mark today spotting or first day period. I read if my period comes more tonight then I mark it the next day as first day.

3) when do you start testing for ovulation once period ends ?

I’m sad AF came, but theirs always next year 2020 so I will continue to pray.
