What am I doing wrong?

My daughter is 15 days old. One breast produces an okay amount but the other, BARELY ANYTHING. It will become full but nothing really comes out. I don’t make enough milk so we supplement with formula and I’d like to build a stash somehow.

I’m getting so discouraged 😭

I'm day 7 now and I feel similar to how you're feeling. It's hard when the milk doesn't come in or takes time. My cousin suggested pumping every 3-4 hours to help regulate the milk as it worked for her
I find that massaging the breast before pumping helps a lot too, I think it helps empty the milk ducts.

Are you feeding at the breast as well or just pumping? When I was breastfeeding I usually fed one side at a time so when I would pump the last side I fed from always had less, plus most people have a lazier boob. You can massage that side while pumping to help release the milk and stimulate it more. Also general milk boosting can help, drink lots of water, I also did a Gatorade a day, and oatmeal.

Most people have one slacker boob. Mine was the right. I’d get 9+ oz from the left and 5-6 from the right. It never evened out. You can try pumping longer on the side you’re getting less on to so final your body to try to make more

It's common for one to produce more than the other. However it could also be one responds. Better to a different pump setting. Try messing around with the suction speed and intensity and see if you get more.
