Anyone else have sinus trouble?

Has anyone else experienced bad allergies/sinus yet this year? If so what did you do to get rid of congestion?

I swear by my netti pot. I use it every morning after I shower so the steam already helps to loosen everything up. I used to get 5-6 sinus infections a year now I get maybe 1 or 2.

I have a sinus infection. Doc put me on amoxicillin. Also using the Netti pot and saline nasal spray a few time a day. Vicks vapor rub so I can try and breathe and possibly sleep at night. All pregnancy safe. Not thrilled about taking the antibiotic but I'm prone to sinus infections and know it won't go away on it own.

Ditto, my sinus is literally closed everyday.... But no pressure , no runny nose or sneezing, it just feels closed!  I'm sure it's not allergies, because I never had any... But how the hell can I open them up and smell again?!?!

If you figure anything out, please tell me! I'm guessing pregnancy has made my allergies go into overdrive. I don't remember ever being this affected by them before.

I've had the same sinus headache since I got pregnant (25 weeks 2 days), so yes if anyone has any solutions please let me know! 😷
