Just looking for some advice. I had a miscarriage a month ago and if all returned to normal then period should return today give or take a few days (hopefully!). We started ttc as soon as the bleeding stopped.

I had a BFN last week so I know HCG has gone from previous pregnancy and also no clue if/when I ovulated.

I have been feeling exhausted the last week or so, sore/sensitive nipples, dull backache.

Today after me and hubby baby danced I had some slight spotting, which I thought would be AF making an appearance but then nothing since. Just wondered what it could be, I read that the first period after miscarriage is supposed to be heavy and painful.

I also had a BFN 3 days ago.
