Cora menstrual cup tips?

Question

I am new to using a menstrual cup. I wanted to go with a more natural solution to my period, and this seems like a great idea..... BUT. I am having the hardest time getting this thing out!! The box says that it’s as easy as using a tampon, but I feel like I have to use Lamaze techniques to get this thing out😫!! Does anyone have any tips, stories or anything that will either make me fall in love with this or throw it in the trash?! HELP!

I struggled too. Found out it is easier when you push in the side and break the suction seal on your cervix.

If you slide your fingers get sort of to the side and squish the cup a little when removing it, it helps a lot! You basically need to “break the suction seal” that’s why when your just trying to pull it out it can seem hard. I struggled the first few times but once I googled a few videos (not graphic obviously, but just helpful advice! I found a way that worked for me and I have never looked back!!

Push it out a little, like your pushing for a #2 then pinch the bottom of the cup to break the seal, I use this cup and love it! The bottom of the cup has good grip for you to grab onto with your fingers. Also don't be affraid too watch youtube videos 👍🏾
