My son is turning 5 months on January 8. He is EBF. My plan was to wait to start giving him baby oatmeal until he was 6 months. However, he has had thee worst reflux ever. Not vomiting much but arching his back a lot.. especially laying down. He seems like he’s in so much pain when he is doing this and it breaks my heart. Went to his pediatrician today and she ruled out any neurological issues. Thank God, and she recommended starting him on oatmeal. 1 TBSP Twice a day. (she says it will thicken his milk a little and help his reflux from splashing back up and burning his esophagus and giving him heart burn) I’m willing to start him a little early to try to make him feel better. Any suggestions as to what brand is best ?
