Single mom/Previous single mom question
How are you single moms gonna try to incorporate the gym? I’m like stressing out because I NEED the gym after this pregnancy but I’m trying to figure when and how I’m gonna go.
I feel like I should just go after work and let her stay at the sitters a little longer, but then I feel like I won’t have enough time with her before the day ends:/ I was thinking the mornings but definitely don’t want to have to make my sitter wake up super early just so I can go to the gym. Idk 😩 I’m stressed lol I have a weight loss goal because I’m super insecure and fat rn w this pregnancy lol
