So I recently stop birth control I guess you can say about a month ago. I have irregular cycles so I never really know when my cycle is about to come.. I haven’t been having sex, But when it is around that time of the month my breast get big and my nipples get really sore.i have got my regular symptoms That I’m about to start and nothing has came out but my nipples have been really sore for like 2 weeks now .. has my cycle not come because I stopped birth control and also I have been working out really hard so could that be a reason to?
