My son just threw up in his bed. He has never done this before. Tonight we all went out to dinner and everyone was giving him different types of food to try. Is it possible this is what made him throw up?

My mom gave him pieces of her fish, then my dad gave him some veal, then my husband gave him some pasta. Baby didn’t even eat a lot, just a ton of different varieties of food. I’m not sure if this makes them sick or not
