Labor close?

I've been cramping and sore all day. Lower back hips and pelvis hurts making it hard to walk. Have had contractions on and off all day when should I go to hospital? I am feeling miserable. 37weeks pregnant

When the contractions have been a minute long and about 5-6 minutes apart for about an hour or if your water breaks....then it’s time to go into the hospital. Good luck mama!

Have you had any prior cervical dilation and effacements checks? If you are around 3/4 cm dilated and more than 60% effaced, it may be a good idea to go in. They can monitor for an hour and see if you further dilating and effacing. That would give you an idea about the progress and if its braxton hicks. However you can also check for braxton hicks if not done already, eat, drink 2-3 glasses of water and take a warm shower. If the contraction intensity reduces then it may very well be braxton hicks
