Keto works/ TMFI lol
Iv done keto for 2 weeks and lost 22 pounds! It was strict keto and it did suck at first!! But you get the hang of it after day 4-5 usually. I was at 160 now at 138! Plus I do excerize twice a day and do hoop 4 days out of 7. I just can’t waaaaaait to get this mommy pouch off lmao it’s a LOT smaller than it was. Also hoping my belly button goes back to NORMAL LMAO that baby stretched my stomach out too much lol

Any good suggestions for inner upper thigh work outs?! I only know of like side leg lifts and circles, maybe there more idk; also I’m sorry my room is a bit messy I DID make the bed after(:
