Face wash?

My face gets super dry and uncomfortable, I put night moisturizer on and I wake up with super oily skin 😏 i only put a thin layer on. What gives 😂

CeraVe hydrating face wash! I’m using a really strong acne cream right now, so my face needs all the moisture it can get. 
Now the reason your face can get oily is because it’s dry. You’re skin isn’t getting enough moisture and so your skin produces more sebum to try to compensate for that lack of moisture. It’s trying to hydrate itself. Use more moisturizer and try a hyaluronic acid (it’s to help retain moisture) serum before moisturizing.

Sounds to me like you either have the wrong type of moisturizer for your skin type or your face wash might be too harsh

You need to exfoliate your skin. If you do not then your product is absorbing into dead skin & that doesn’t help anything. If it’s oily when you wake up it is most likely because it is dry & trying to over compensate by producing more oil. Increase your water intake. That will help tremendously. Use a gentle cleaner. Very gentle. Aveeno or cetaphil would be good. I would do a cream moisturizer in the morning, both brands I mentioned would still be good. & then try using a vitamin e at night or the other way around. But adding vitamin e oil would be good. This is a very calming oil & it’s always my go to when my skin is dry & hurting.
