Help FTM kinda confused😱

Today I went to my follow up appointment(@11weeks) and I got a bit frighten the baby is healthy is just the sonogram was a bit confused because the facial features were a bit too strong such as the nose and the face shape was so sharp(square) that to me it took me by surprise also by any chance what do you guys think? Boy or girl? Let me know your guesses thanks 🤗
