Acne scarring help!

So I had very bad acne all over my chin, cheeks, and jaw and now I'm left with scarring. The photo shows the scars, they're not active breakouts just left over scarring. They're red and dark spots. How can I get rid of it?? Please help! It makes my face look so much worse than it really is
