Postpartum depression

What has your doctor done for you to treat postpartum depression? And did it help??

I went a few weeks ago and my doctor wants to treat me with Zoloft. I didn’t move forward with it because I’ve been on antidepressants before and they made me so tired. It was also horrible coming off them :( I would like to know what options you ladies have been given for those who are experiencing this.
