Any natural tips to help with sore throat, head ache and stuffed up nose? I'm miserable

Try tea with lemon cough drops in the tea it works wonders also hot tea with lemon honey and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.

Hot tea with lemon and honey, hot soup,sugar free ice pops( homemade is best), and a few table spoons of honey throughout the day. I can't take  cold medicine because of health reasons  so this is what works for me.

If I were you I would take a warm bath with some candles and soothing quiet music, and afterwards curl up in a robe/blanket and have a hot cup of tea with honey.

Been getting colds every month since I got pregnant so annoying I have a cold as I type with all those symptoms, am drinking hot water lemon, ginger , steaming my face with just hot water n once in a while take paracetamol
