UTI or something else?

So I got a catheter twice and my pee hole wasn’t sore until a week after I gave birth it all of a sudden hurt it’s been a month and 3 days since I have given birth and everytime I use the bathroom my pee hole feels uncomfortable...not sure if it’s a UTI bc I’ve had a UTI before and it would have went away by now...did the catheter damage my pee hole 😭😭 I read that that’s a thing and can actually happen
