How long did it take your baby to adjust to being unswaddled?

My baby started rolling tummy to back at 3.5 months so we started working on arms out at that time. She uses a Love to Dream Swaddleup sleep sack and they have a transition one where the arms zip off. So we did one arm out for about two weeks and then both arms out after that. She had two or three nights of waking up every couple of hours but then settled back into her normal routine after that.

I've been doing one arm out for about a week now on my 14 week old and shes doing ok. She loved to be swaddled so it's been hard lol I've seen some people do it cold turkey and they say it takes about three nights of rough sleep for them to get used to it more and more.

My girl is 3 weeks old and I tried it one night to see if it helped her to sleep! Worked a treat x
