When is it time for "The Leave"

I'm currently 31 weeks pregnant with fraternal twin boys. Everyone is healthy & there has been no complications yet.. I'm still working & doing everything just as before.  When, in your opinion, is a good time to take a maternity leave?

If you're not having complications I say keep working. I'm a full time ICU nurse pregnant with fraternal twins. They pulled me from work just before 29 weeks due to vasaprevia and I've been hospitalized for monitoring now until delivery...up to possibly a month ehhh :( just keep those babies safe!!!

When your body tells you it has has enough. I am a few weeks away from not working anymore unless my doctor pulls sooner but I can feel my body starting to tell me its too much.

I was pulled at 31 weeks because of my hip and knee pain and my job requires me to sit for hours then stand for hours so it was getting worse and I could barely walk. Now I'm going stir crazy not working, but relieved on my bad days. My doctor says its up to me and when I'm ready they would pull me. Financially it sucks, but it gets increasingly more difficult for simple tasks daily.

I'm a floor nurse on a spinal cord injury unit and my doctor wants to pull me from work at 28-30 weeks. I'd rather go off work when suggested than end up complicating my pregnancy more. For me, it's not worth pushing yourself if it's going to harm the twins.
