Can it be from my pregnancy ? I never had acne in my life and all of the sudden I’m embarrassed to go out of the house. 6 month after giving birth I would never imagine this would appear

I had extreme acne when i was pregnant. All over my back and arms. I still have a ton of scars from it!

Carbon theory soap was a game changer for me and a brand called dermatica- this is uk not sure if you can get these in USA if you can defo try. I’ve had bad skin for 16 years and these are the only things that seem to work long term rather than tablets from the doctor

My skin went haywire during the pregnancy. And at 5 mpp, it was still crazy. I got some Murad anti-acne face wash and started to use it every morning, followed by moisturizer with spf. Within a week it started clearing up. Still have some work to do, but at 5 mpp, I finally don’t feel like a 13 year old!!
