I think most people are going to pronounce it Callum regardless..  Kay-lum is not a pronunciation I’ve heard for that name before so you’re probably going to have to correct people either way. If you’re ok with that that’s cool.

I would definitely pronounce both of this as ‘cal-um’... there is nothing in the name to imply a y sound in the middle of the name. If you want that name I would consider a different spelling like Cailum or Caylum
