Evening Primrose Oil
Have any of you ladies used evening primrose oil to help kickstart your labours??
I know this doesn’t necessarily help to induce you but I’ve heard it can help with softening the cervix, help in tearing and length of labour...
Just wondering if anyone used it and whether it helped you in any way?? Also from what week can you start taking it from??
Willing to try anything to get this baby out 🙄😅
