My son had the flu for Christmas (you might have read my previous rant... I pulled up my big girl panties and got over my emotions and deleted it). Anyway, he’s all good now. No more symptoms, it’s been a full week since his diagnosis. But now, I’m coughing have a sore throat and feel like garbage. But the thing is, I don’t have a fever so I don’t think it’s the flu. My son also didn’t have a sore throat, just a cough. I previously had the flu shot (in November) and was also given tamiflu for prevention since I’m pregnant. I’m 35 weeks, and my doctor said I could go into labor at any moment and is very hopeful that I will before 38 weeks. Would they keep baby isolated from me at the hospital if I were to give birth right now because I am sick?
