Not really any symptoms anymore..?

I'm 7w2d and I have like no symptoms. It's been like this for about a week. I mean I'll get a cramp here and there and I woke up with a little bit of nausea but other than that I feel like I'm not pregnant anymore...what's wrong with me

I'm 5 weeks and have never had anything but cramps so far. I'm sensitive to smells but no nausea.

Did you have symptoms and then they went away suddenly? I had that happen with my missed miscarriage at about 7 weeks. Not to say that is what is going on, but i think it would be worth telling your doctor, for peace of mind.

I feel the same and in 5w5d (according to my LMP) the only symptoms I have are tender nipples/breasts and yesterday I cried like a baby numerous times.
