How common is it to get pregnant the first month trying?

Husband and I are planning on ttc for our first in February. I’m 29 and he is 33.
My husband knows nothing about pregnancy, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, chemicals, or really anything.
Wanted some statistics and other people’s experiences on the likelihood of getting pregnant on the first try to share with him.

Depends on so many factors! My husband has poor sperm count so our chances of conceiving naturally were slim to none. My baby girl was conceived having sex once on my birthday! My son took two months.

I would say it’s possible but unlikely. It took me three months to really understand my cycle: I tracked my period for years before I started trying so I knew my average cycle length but once I started using OPKs I realized I ovulate way earlier than glow was predicting. I used BBT to confirm but it took time to get accustomed to taking it immediately upon waking. I also would track my CM. After three months of all this I decided to try a BDing a day earlier and that was the month I got pregnant. 
So could you get pregnant the first month? Sure, but unless you know you’re cycle REALLY well or you are just really lucky I’d say it’s unlikely.

My first born we got pregnant first month of trying. Second pregnancy got pregnant first month as well, however that pregnancy ended at 6.5 weeks. We are currently on month four of trying for baby #2

My husband and I conceived on the first month. So did my best friend.  However it took both my sisters over 5 years to conceive. I tracked everything
, took prenatal vitamins and ate healthy.
