After two scans one where Dr. Said heartbeat was 100 and then 95 a week later , the later one also showing an "abnormal shaped sac". Baby did show growth but not a full weeks worth. my Dr. Told me a miscarriage is almost certain and it's just a matter of waiting.

It's been a week since then and I'm violently sick. So nauseas, tired, I can barely function. I've have other miscarriages but symptoms stopped even before I knew.

Has anyone else faced this sort of thing? How long did It take to miscarry? Has anyone has a positive outcome?
