Little backstory...

Found out I was pg Oct 25th. On Nov 20th I miscarried. I have yet to start a period and doc tracked my hcg down to under 2. I finally ovulated the 22nd of this month. So now 6 days later I have a small amount of blood when I wiped. And then nothing since. My boobs are tingly and have a burning feeling today. Is it possible that its implanation 6 days after ovulation? I know best response is to wait and see if it's my first period starting. Just wondering if at 6 days if that's possible?
