Hospital bag?

Question

I only want to pack what is absolutely necessary, because I see so many women saying that they packed way too much stuff that they didn't even use. What do you ladies recommend bringing?

- phone chargers 
- a protein rich snack 
- 1 comfortable outfit to leave the hospital in 
- 2 outfits for baby
- Hotel minis of basic grooming supplies (toothbrush, skin lotion, hair). I didn’t bother with makeup last time but this time I packed some foundation and nothing more.

I’m having a birth center birth so will be home within 6 hrs of birth but this is what I’m bringing. My midwife gave me some of the postpartum underwear stuff last time but I want to be prepared just in case. I don’t wear makeup regularly so that stuff is a non-issue for me 🤷🏽‍♀️

In my bag I have a change of comfy clothes ( I hate hospital gowns ), travel size toiletries because last time I didn’t really like the ones at the hospital, fuzzy socks. 
Last minute things I’m going to pack are 
Snacks 
Phone charger 
Tooth brush 
And I think that’s about it lol. 
I also have stuff like scented lotions and a massager for comfort in labor and stuff

I packed button topped gowns for myself, depends, travel sized shower stuff, a few zip baby sleepers.. I have also have a boppy pillow and baby blanket. Last minute I will grab phone charger, pillow and blanket for me.

We get 4 days in hospital for an uncomplicated vaginal birth or more for other circumstances. I grabbed my carryon luggage suitcase for me (not baby) and by the time I put in depends, pads, underwear and bras it was pretty much full... overkill maybe with both the depends and underwear? But thought I don’t know what I’ll prefer... I suppose I could leave some at home and have hubby bring them up since we’re only 10 mins from hospital. 
Haven’t even considered clothes, nightgowns, toiletries etc yet

I've gone on pinterest to find lists.  They have lots to choose from which I like and they have ones for the whole new family: mommy, baby and daddy.  FTM here so just been looking at those and not sure even when to start, I'm so behind on everything 😅😂😱.
