What is this?

I noticed this on my son’s toe this morning. I’m thinking it may be an ingrown toenail or maybe an abscess. What do you guys think? It doesn’t seem to bother him or hurt much. How do I treat it? Excuse his dirty nails. The kid doesn’t like to wear shoes 🤦🏾‍♀️

That is really infected. Bring him to a doctor.

Definitely infected.  Get him to dr asap.  In the meantime soak in warm salt water often.
