I need to hear you tell me it’s okay.

I have a Down syndrome child, and I ask God why he gave me a child with a disability. The most unloving person he could give this child to he did. I am just very depressed about this and wanting to hear someone tell me it’s okay. Did he punish me for having sex outside of marriage?
