Can anyone help with advice on an Irregular period

Stopped having a period whilst being on the contraceptive bar, been of it now 16months and my periods are still very irregular, maybe had about 4 times since being of it. Anyone else had this issue and did it resolve? I’m afraid of it harming my chances of being able to conceive
