How to use tampon?

I never use tampon coz I think that maybe hurt coz I'm virgin and I want to use it now but don't know how 😂

Instructions inside or on the box, it can be uncomfortable if you don't put in right or if its at the wrong angle/not in enough

You can get tampon incerters where you push a trigger and it puts it in for you, way easier and cleaner

Take your time and relax. It took me multiple attempts the first few times because I was just so nervous. If you're still having a bit of trouble. Get a small mirror put you leg up on the toilet and have a look while you try. If it really hurts, take a break and try again later. Good luck 😊

If you decide to use an applicator, i strongly recommend getting the ones with the plastic applicators (NOT cardboard). Plastic ones glide so much easier. There should also be instructions on how to insert them in the box. It will be trial and error the first couple times, but you'll figure it out! You also want to make sure you have it completely inserted so you don't feel it hanging out (it is impossible to insert it too far). Good luck! :)

Also, side note, make sure you change them every 7-8 hours max.

First time you use it will be uncomfortable. 
Many people say use the applicator for the first time I tried it felt extremely awkward using it so I just used my fingers (maybe that's just me I don't) . 
There's only so far it can go up so when you put it up there, either squat or have one leg up on the toilet or something.. Because if you stand dead straight it'll be VERY uncomfortable. Just push it as far up as you can and make sure you change it regularly xxxx I hope this helped!!
