[TMI] 9 weeks pregnant and can’t poop

Ok so like the title says..

I’m currently 9 weeks pregnant, sitting on the toilet.. and I cannot go number 2 🙄 it’s too hard.. like literally.

I have stool softeners that my Ob prescribed me at my first visit but until today I haven’t had to use them. Unfortunately for me.. I don’t have them with me at the moment. I’m at my boyfriends house and left them at my apartment.

Ladies... what do you use?? I know drinking lots of water helps. I’m literally sitting on the pot typing this out in pain.. it hurts lol 😭

Any tips for when you’re in a bind and need quick aid / relief?? Thanks I’m advance!!
