So I’ve been talking to this guy for about two weeks. Everything is great, he is great. I know he is genuine and everything.

Anyways so we recently talked about how we both would be in a real relationship with each other, but that hasn’t happened yet (we still dunno each other well)

I have a four year old son and I asked him if it bothered him and he said no that he already knew I had a son from the get go. He said something like, “I don’t know anything about it or what it entails but I’m kind of smart and could figure it out” and, “it’s kind of scary but I can figure it out” or something like that

Since then the length of our texts have shortened kind of and I’ve got this gut feeling that he’s going to run. A lot of guys I’ve dated have ghosted me because I have a kid so maybe I’m just afraid of him doing it. I’ve been treading lightly for a couple of days but don’t wanna ruin it with my worries.

Is this normal? Or am I just tripping.
