Helpful products when flying with an 11 month old?

Question

Hey there! My husband and I will be flying for the first time with our 11 month old son. I could use any tips or product recommendations that helped you when you flew with a little one. All I have so far is noise cancelling headphones for him so he can hopefully sleep on the plane. But I have no idea how I'm going to keep him entertained for 2 1/2 hours if he doesn't want to nap!

It’s not that loud on a plane to need that. I’ve flown 2 times with my baby and we scheduled our flight early morning so she was still tired and our return flight was around a nap time. 
Masking tape is a great entertainer. Looked out the window. Snacks.  New toy she hadnt seen before. We flew 4hr there and back and then our second trip was a 6hr flight. Oddly enough, for us it wasn’t hard to occupy her. She loved digging in the seat back pocket too. First trip 9mo. Second trip 13mo. 
No matter what, be the last to board the plane. It is less time they’re “trapped” in the seat and keep them active while waiting to board. Get all the wiggles out. Lol
Once we got to about cruising altitude I started feeding her. A bottle when she was 9mo and shed fall asleep and breakfast/lunch food at 13mo. Then toys and lastly pulled out the bags of the yogurt melts. Always had her water cup available. The air is dry on the plane.

Lots of snacks, we download videos on an iPad, busy books, regular books, stickers, coloring.
