Postpartum preeclampsia

It’s been a week since my csection and Ive been diagnosed with post partum preeclampsia. I’m on the water pill for extreme swelling and blood pressure meds. I hate this. It makes me feel like an inadequate mother. To top it off I’m crying constantly not bc I’m sad but bc I have so many emotions running through me - both happy and sad. Anyone go through this too so I know I’m not alone? Did you breastfeed with the water pill? My doctor said it’s ok but google gives conflicting information and I’m scared.
