Im 10w3d saw my baby few days ago she is perfect and measuring a day ahead. But my whole pregnancy I’ve had no sickness maybe some smell aversions but that’s about all and breast pain. Just scary because it says online you are more likely to miscarry if you don’t have Nausea?

I’ve had my hcg checked and it was strong and high (over 100k) and they say cause of sickness in early pregnancy is hcg levels and I know mine have been always great just confused as why I didn’t have any sickness. Does this mean I have higher chance of miscarriage still?
