Heartburn Anyone?

Anyone else having heartburn or acid reflux? It doesn’t even seem to change based on what I eat or don’t eat - it’s just constant! Sometimes tums doesn’t even touch it.

I take pepcid ac every morning as soon as I wake up and that seems to help a lot! Otherwise anything even water will give me heartburn

I’ve had it almost my whole pregnancy and sculling, yes sculling! a little glass of milk helps SO much. I describe it like lava bubbling away in my throat, it’s awful but milk has been the best relief!

Taking Nexium daily, it’s totally gone!

Yep me... I didn’t have it this early with my first more like after 30 weeks... 
This can start when I’m just sat and haven’t eaten in the last hour or so 😞 x

Constantly!  I find drinking water regularly helps a lot.
