Did anyone know you were pregnant before you did?

My husbands family think I am pregnant they have been asking how I am feeling calling to see how I am and asking my husband if I am pregnant. they were staying with us for 2 weeks and all of a sudden started checking on me (they have never done this before). No one knows we are trying.
