No symptoms

Hey ladies, just got my bfp for my 3rd!!! Although, im having no symptoms and didnt for my 1st 2. I cant help but be nervous. Ive had a few drinks this week for the holidays before i knew...could that complicate the pregnancy?? Any advice or thoughts are so truely appreciated!! Xo
