Not if you don’t have a fever. They’ll just give you Tylenol and tell you to stay hydrated. Might give you some fluids but there isn’t much they’ll say or do unless you do have a fever.

Sounds like the stomach flu. I had it not to long ago and it was thee worst. What you need to be worried about is dehydration. I went and got some meds for nausea and took Imodium which helped greatly. ￼so I would recommend going to your regular doc.
