Currently at the hospital 😥

I'm 22 weeks I started feeling very dizzy and immediatly started feeling severe pain in my back and ribs. I honestly thought I was in labor but it was way worst then normal contractions, I started to stutter from the pain, couldn't breathe, sweating, in and out of consciousness and projectile vomit everywhere. My husband ended up calling a ambulance and now I'm in the hospital for the night. They said the baby seems fine right now and they aren't sure what caused it yet. Has anyone experienced something like this before?
