Confused?

Question

I had some cramping and spotting yesterday and what feels like more blood this morning without cramping? Any ideas? I was tested Friday and my levels were normal but I'm feeling a bit scared.

I have been spotting then went to bleeding then spotting again in brown, pink and Red since 5 days ago. Just went to d dr for an US and baby is doing fine. No cramps for me. Spotting just stopped today and I'm 7w1d

I miscarried a little later in my pregnancy- about 9 weeks. It was diagnosed as a blighted ovum which means there's a sack, yolk, but no fetal pole. It took about 3 weeks to start the process which was torture, but I wanted to do it naturally. No spotting really at all-just horrible cramping (there's no mistaking it), mainly in my lower back and I started passing clots right away. I ended up having to go in to the hospital and have them assist because it wasn't happening as quickly as I thought and was too painful emotionally. With this pregnancy my boobs are extremely sore and full (I did have this with my first but not as intense), I'm fatigued, and constipated (which I feel is when the spotting pick up). Since the spotting didn't happen the first time I'm trying to look at it as a good thing. Our bodies are changing SO much SO quickly so I'm hoping I'm just part of the 25% that spots and goes on to have a completely normal pregnancy. I hope the same for you too 😊

I've been spotting off and on since last Friday-brown, to dark red, now back to barely there brown. No cramping for me, just some pressure off and on. I'm so worried, but the doctor doesn't seem too concerned. My levels are where they should be. I've experienced a miscarriage 2 years ago so I'm finding it hard to be optimistic, but trying to stay positive!
I've been reading online (worst thing you can do, right) and it seems like there's many reasons to bleed during your first trimester. I'm 4w 6d and have an early scan next Thursday. If the bleeding starts up again I'm going to insist it be moved to an earlier date so we can try to find the source of it. How far along are you?
