I really want a natural birth. It’s natural, or C Section due to rods in my spine! Please give me tips on what helped you, how you got through it, everything! Anytime i tell someone i’m planning a natural birth i just get laughed at. It is something i feel strongly about and i’m so TERRIFIED of the epidural because i get panic attacks when i’m numb! i suffer with severe anxiety/panic attacks
