I have clear cm with streak of blood. Was there for about 20 minutes then gone. My period is 4 going on 5 days late...No cramps no nothing??

I’m 5 days late today and had some spotting and mild cramping yesterday. Nothing at all like my period. Af is usually very heavy the first day and I didn’t bleed enough to fill a tampon.
