I have irregular periods but they are coming more regularly. I have been logging my periods in Glow for about 7 months. Today it said I skipped a period. Did I? I had very light spotting for a day mid month but didn't say it was a period since it was very light and it only lasted a day. I have had sharp cramps on my left side and just below my belly button. Your opinions would be fantastic. Thank you!
