When should I draw the line?

So I don’t want to sound snobby but I’m used to boys wanting to talk to me all day, and this new boy I’m talking to will text me for about two hours then leave me on read. He says he isn’t a big texter but I don’t understand the leaving me on read part. Is this normal?

Yes it is. I sometimes open messages by mistake but am not in a position to actually reply to them. Sometimes I read them but get distracted, etc.

yes. people get busy. sometimes they forget, get caught up in something else, don't have a worthwhile response, or simply don't feel like replying.
