Normal?

Question

I suddenly got the urge to throw up & upper stomach pain & feel like I need to poop . Could I have ate something bad or is this something else more serious?

I have all of thee above. Have had upper abdomen pain for about a  week (feels like tearing), going poo and/or feeling like I gotta poo like crazy for about a week and been extremely nauseous last two days. Like literally even gagged a couple times, which almost sent me over bored. Idk how it didn't. 
I do think Im about to have this boy any time now. Started get some serious contractions in the last couple hours and now some serious lower back pain. Contractions are pretty constant, but not all are super strong, so waiting on that 5-1-1 rule, but I'm 39 weeks, so I think its starting.

My first sign of labour with my little boy was feeling like I needed to poop. I went to the toilet and after 10 mins I felt like I needed to go again. It was contractions! Just keep track of any crampy like feelings and see what happens. Goodluck!
