Sore and confused

Just had my tube taken out yesterday due to it rupturing, had to have two blood transfusions due to the blood I lost, but they found an empty yolk sac in my tube, but ten days ago I passed what would of been my 6 week baby/embryo, and the consultants saw that it was an embryo, does this mean it left its yolk sac behind, or could of that been another pregnancy? If anyone has any advice please let me know, I am petrified this is going to happen again, and I can't believe this has happened its my third miscarriage 😞
